Depending on how you choose to have your products delivered, you can track the shipment in one of the following ways.
For homeware purchases, a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item(s) are sent from our warehouse. If you order items via Australia Post Express, you can track your delivery with the Australia Post MyPost website. You may follow up on your TNT order using the TNT website.

Yes, you can place an online order as a guest without becoming a member. However, we encourage you to sign up for an account so that you can enjoy the many benefits of being an Aesthetik Kids member, such as exclusive discounts, early access to sales, order tracking and much more. Once you have placed a successful online purchase, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. You should also receive a confirmation email from us if your inputted email address is accurate. The order confirmation will provide a summary of the items ordered, delivery costs and shipping address. If you haven’t received an email order confirmation within one hour of making your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to help.
Aesthetik Zone Pty Ltd. will appear on your credit card statement for any purchase made from Aesthetik Kids.

Aesthetik Kids guarantees that all your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage from the time it leaves our store until it arrives at your specified shipping address. However, once the package has been delivered and signed for, the coverage is void. We want to make sure that your purchases arrive safely and in good shape. Therefore, we cannot authorise shipments to be delivered without a signature.
Unfortunately, we can only send each order to a single address. However, if you would like your purchases sent to multiple locations, we suggest that you place separate orders for every destination.
